Board of Directors are elected by the membership and serve a three year term. Each year, four new directors are elected. If you are a Co-op Member and interested in running for a board seat, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Beginning with the 2013 fiscal year, our annual meeting will be held every year on the third Thursday in January. Board of Director elections are held prior to the meeting through mail ballots. At the annual meeting, election results, audited financial reports, and future plans for the Co-op are presented to the membership. All members are encouraged to attend!
